    Hi!
Which PSP plugins are a must have?
I got a voucher and I need to choose 10 PSP plugins.

I was thinking of choosing these ones?:
    VintageWarmer2
    85 delay
    Lotary2
    Echo
    N20
    2445 emt
    stompFilter
    stompDelay
    FETpressor
    E27 eq

Is Nexcellence amazing enough that I should choose it instead of some plugin from the list above?
Is Nexcellence better than PSP 2445 emt or H-Reverb in any task or in any way?

    Cheers!

I demoed nexcellence, and it's amazing. I don't see why you'd want Lotery, fetpresser and vintagewarmer though. Plenty of better alternatives in those departments.

Inserted in your drum-bus WintageWarmer2 can make your drums spark like no other.

    How about UVI's Rotary?
    Or MVintageRotary (Melda)?
    Or GGaudio Spin?

I pretty much agree with your choice. stompDelay and stompFilter are both fantastic, and 85 is a go-to delay. I love their 2445 take on EMT reverb very much, and FETpressor is a really great sounding track and bus compressor, very similar to Urei 1176. E27 EQ is great, but uses too much CPU for an EQ IMO. Neon HR is their best EQ that doesn't use so much CPU, and their MasterQ2 is excellent track and mastering EQ with a very interesting limiter. MasterComp is still a very transparent bus or mastering compressor. N2O is so original and super crazy!

Not really f*cked with Stompdelay, untill a few a months ago a local music magazine recommended it. It is now my favourite delay, can get gritty as fuck with it, i swear by it now. And also still love the vintage warmer 2, brings warmth like no other plugin does. Never tried the other plugins in the PSP line. Try them all i'd say.

I only have vintage warmer 2 from PSP, but I use it in all my projects.

However, when you hear u-he Twangstrom... you'll never go back. :)

Spring reverbs are really hard to get right, it seems. I seem to hate most of the spring reverb plugins, except Nexcellence and Twangstrom. Yes, Softube one sounds like shit to me, too. Maybe even especially Softube one... They're not as good as they claim.
