Test each ram, in each slot by themselves, then two by two again, try every possible scenario, and see if it is either a bad slot or a bad ram...

i test each one alone and all of them they work and each slot i check it alone all of them work
the problem there is 2 rams block in each block there is 2 slots one black and one white when i contact 2 ram in any block from the 2 block
it show me only 4gb not 8 gb like bios and windows see only one ram in each block not 2 rams in block
and if there is bad slot how it will work if i test each slot alone ?
and each slot when i contact it alone without other slots its work all of them i test like this separate without any other slots just one ram and one slot all work
and how if there is bad ram it will open up the pc and it will work ?

From the get go I should have asked you for the exact model of the RAM your using. Do you mind telling us all the RAM specs and the exact computer model that you have?

I don't think you can fix this before testing if the cpu is causing the issue. Did you try to reseat the CPU (and check the pins). Separating the CPU cooler from the CPU, cleaning up the thermal paste and applying new thermal paste and rejoining them? If you have done that I think maybe this can be your issue:
Of course you have to force flash your bios with a tool that works on your motherboard. What kind of of motherboard do you have? I'm pretty sure this will solve your issue

The white and black slots means they have to work by pairs eg:
1 ram in black slot 1 + 1 ram in black slot 2 = ok
but 1 ram in black slot 1 + 1 ram in white slot 1 = not work

If you have 2 (slightly) different rams from the 2 others, it can only work if you pair the rams following the color coding.
But if all your 4 ram sticks are exactly the same (manufacturer - speed - etc ....) it's out of my modest knowledge.

Hope you'll solve this issue asap, and by the way : Products like Advanced cleaner is really a bloatware.
Even their best product (uninstaller) don't compare with those like Revo or total uninstall or even the free Bulk crap uninstaller.

yes do that. I have read that taking out the CMOS battery for a minute or so can fix the Intel Management Device Engine for some.
Can you go to device manager and right click on Management Device Engine. I'm not sure if windows sees it as corrupt even if it's corrupt in bios.

Have you installed these two drivers:

Please, please don't take this the wrong way, nor is it an attempt to derail the thread and I hope the OP finds the root of his problem. But I'm interested in all music making on all platforms in all DAW's and as a self confessed Mac user, reading this thread is, in a nutshell, why I'm a Mac user. For now.
I'm not convinced Apple will continue supporting the pro market so I have an interest in what goes on in PC land. But this thread is my worst nightmare scenario. As you can see from my avatar, I'm over 200 years old and I can't even operate a microwave oven, so you can imagine my fear reading about the problems with this PC.

@MIDO You have done every thing but one. Before you do anything else you need to find yourself 4x4 gb or 2x8gb sticks compatible with your system, and see if the problem persists. Don't make any further changes until you are 100% sure that is not a problem with your current sticks. I know that this is it is not an easy solution but at least it will help you find out with 100% certainty whether it is a problem with your RAM or your system. RAM + System do shit like that sometimes.

@MIDO Can you upload shots of your CPUZ's "CPU" "MEMORY" and "SPD" tabs?

Earlier I asked you for your RAM model. What you provided is generic. Model numbers for Nanya Standard DRAM starts with NT5C and it is followed by either a C or a B and a string of 10 numbers and letters. For Low Power DRAM it is NT6C......
