First of all. I missed this community a lot!!

Ok, now, asides that, I started practicing keyboard at the same time as sheet music, but the problem I have at the time of playing is that I don't feel secure enough that I don't even know what notes I'm playing; losing control and not practicing nothing at the end.

Hope anyone could give me some suggestions!

Reading and writing music is very helpful it shows you universal Melody and harmony which can be played on any portion of any instrument.

Here is intro to learning sheet music

Think about the key of c major c d e f g a b then think about how we skip every other note if we start on the e we get e g b d f there are the letters from bottom up on the treble clef the bottom line is e then up is g then up b d f so we hAve bottom to top e g b d f
The bass clef is similar except starting from g on bottom g b d f a

On the left side you see sharps and flats which indicates which key you are in once that is defined sometimes you will see the natural symbol indicates the original line note .
