Hey Sexers....I haven't posted music in a few years, but I'm really behind this new project I have going on. While producing the band Ebonhart, the singer and I fantasized about collaborating on some kind of EDM project. I'm a HUGE fan of 80s Pop so I started making use of that influence. Synthwave just felt so natural to me, so we went with it!

We have 2 singles out and working hard to keep em coming! Any feedback or sharing will be highly appreciated! Thanks!

I did all music production (I won't lie, there's a ton of loops and sounds from Splice, but it's such a time saver especially when we all work full-time gigs), vocal production, guitar, mixing, mastering.

 

Brilliant work. Especially 'Monster'. Made with soul, very catchy, moody stuff of a warm night in big city. Added rock guitars are bomb stuff. Overall retro touch on mix is perfect. Atmospheric and cool. Thanks and i'm happy you are in stores!

Anyway, I loved Monster; just a shame I dunno how much I should rave about it nao D: twas also mixed / selected a bit better than Dreams (which needed massive cheesy digital verb on the snare =)

Monster sounds a bit like what Carpenter Brut would do if he wrote a proper pop song! I just wish the guit solo was a bit longer, went a bit 80s wild and stuff?

Anyway, singer is excellent; just hope you lose the loops in future! Enjoyed a lot overall...

 

This is awesome! Escapism brings me back to a better time. Monster sounds a bit more modern as compared to Escapism, but both are equally awesome! Thank you for sharing, and I wish you guys much success!

So the melody is right from there, unfortunately i thought it was fully your creation.

This is MONSTER(CAT) sound. nice.

 

Production and mix are top notch, that voice is absolutely awesome though. I'm really digging a group called Gunship right now and the vocal style in these hits all the same pleasure notes. Love the concept of modern 80's!
