i've managed to run Vienna64 but i'm stucking with wineasio drivers who don't working ..
i managed to run generic 64 asio drivers but only hardware inputs working
2in/2out because my card is this way
but if your card have 16 or 32 inputs it can be cool
i wasn't here this weekend...
i've to finish tutos for Vienna & Reaper ,
i've also included VEP servers for purists who freezing (not crashing) Logicx when connecting
until i close VEPwin-server instance...maybe you guys will more lucky

I wonder, what's the performance impact of this entire setup? can you try some direct comparison of native mac plugin vs wine'd plugin?
also seeing your mac specs in the video, you're running hackintosh, right?

 

Re-watch the first video of this post and look at the CPU usage (Right down corner)
yes you're right i'm on HCL (I7-4600M) on this computer , your question is good but paradoxal
How compare the Wines plugs if they hasn't been released (Ked) in Native for Macs ???
But i can tell you that is far faster than a VM ...WINE runs NATIVELY win-API's
so maybe not fast as the real but near (and wine is updated every months)

However a decent config is recommend (64app will be more faster than 32)
When i launch VEP32 it takes 7% cpu in the wine's system (no plugs loaded)
in my mac (Activity-Monitor) elicencer64 and VEP32 using 15%
But In VEP prefs/General there is a multicore option
(i've set it to 4) i have 8cores with multithreading

@Jeen maybe I mislooked some of your posts, but what are you using as wine daw host? Reaper? maybe something like bluecat's patchwork might be lightweight solution?

so i record drums first ...then i run VEP or Vienna and i mix

you're right buddy you have not understand whay is about ...
we use reaper just if you want 64plugs.... it's a daw but we use this as an ext mix-table
watch the first video of the post and you'll get it
Vienna32 was made for this....and more stable
ps ; bluecat's have just 16in/out here we're takling about 512in/out

Lol, osx change every year, if you want to use windows stuff , put a windows partition , unless you re stuck with logic x .

I'm in the US, and I used Firefox. I'll try a different browser.

 

Just downloaded fine with Safari. I run a customized version of Firefox , but my Safari is stock, so I had some kind of weird interference. Thanks.
