Ok, so i created an account only for the sole person of making this post and me not killing myself. So I have the newest waves complete v10 and when i try and use the waves central I get the error message saying that it failed during the preparing stage. How do I fix this? BTW I have made sure that no trace of v9 is left on my Mac.

 

What version are you using?
Which OS (OSX/Windows/Linux)?
Legit or cracked (R2R, V.R)

My process:
1. Login using Waves Central
2. Select Install Product
3. Select Prepare Offline Installer
4. Select Mac or Windows radio Button
5. Click the All Waves Products radio button
6. Select target directory' (my default is Desktop. Waves offline folder will be created here)
7. Select 'Move all' for complete installer or scroll list & select what you want for custom installer.
8. Once download has finished, go back to first menu & choose select offline installer (the Waves folder created)
9. Complete process for legit or cracked (disconnected). Done

My final process in to remove x86 VST#, VST2 & x64 VST2. I only use VST3 & AAX.

Once install is patched, launch any DAW(s) used to scan new Waves install.

Even when making preparing an offline installer, I get the error saying that it failed during installation - preparation. This is so damn confusing.

No warez or cracked software in the forum, this is a place for legitimately bought and owned software, and audio discussion, thanks.

 

You're incorrect with your statement. It is perfectly okay, as long as members don't make request or post links to warez, to ask from other members how to use a cracked soft, or troubleshooting if they have trouble with a release from AZ. It's actually one of the charms of this site...
