The voice fx start at 00:02 (until ~00:05)

    I suppose has been used:
    1) pitchshift
    2) reverb (hall/cathedral ?)
    3) delay (maybe)
    ..
    what else?

    TIA

Yes, You know how do this already buddy:mates:

    but for inspiration,
if someone asked me to create this efx i would grab eventide H910 harmonizer as my first go to. or maybe, if i feelt all hipsterlike on the day, i would grab izotope vocalsynth and go all inn.

if i was in a oldskool mode, i would turn to some wave's combo. soundpitcher, and aybe droppler or a doubler4 and a h-delay and a r-verb
a CLA effect might get another vibe going, depending on mood/song.

Eventide H910 harmonizer is a little bit expensive. I'll try vocalsynth first hoping it could be good enough.

Pitch down, highpass filter (and/or EQ), reverb send.
Not more or less fancy than that.

"I just think it's pitch-shifting, highpass and some reverb"

It actually sounds a bit like a preset on NI's The Mouth

This is what happens when you pitch up the track an octave:
"twilight signals the arrival of danger..."

Not trying to replicate the exact fx ..it's a bit difficult to hear exactly what's going on, it depends on source material, aso..

Just some ideas I saw, when guys were doing scary voices for the movies along with what others already suggested. Highpass filter is a must.. Never used Wormhole, but I guess it must be fun. So to add:
    - layers (original and -1,-5 semi pitched tracks already gives some fx. Of course after you adjust the levels.)
    - delay the tracks for certain amount of ms (gives clarity, if you go too far you get that fx of some folks repeating the words..)
    - separate control of the pitch and formant/timbre (zplane elastique v2+, btw their algo used in 90% of DAWs)
    - my fav.- Vocoder. That one alone gives you scary sounds. Mix it with the pitched down layer.

Here is an octave (-12) pitched-down voice, first just the pitched version, second mixed with vocoder bands (I had just a 128kbps sample here, sry..;)

    P.S.
Forgot the mighty Ircam Trax v3 - like with all Flux stuff, they want a kidney for that ..and I wasn't so impressed to give them one.

Interesting ideas...I don't think it has a eventide or vocoder fx.

Sounds more like a sample with a reverse + gate, stereo pan fx.
