    Hi people,
This is my first thread started on this forum, I just wanted to share my music with you. The following piece was made in one weekend so it's a little rough around the edges. It's just a demo and it has not been mixed much or mastered. I would appreciate any feedback from you guys. All comments are open. Hope you like it!

I'm no sound engineer, but it sounds like I'm listening to a piece being played in an outdoor amphitheater. This is usually the sound that I strive for when I'm mixing, so personally it sounds great to me as is.

Thank you for your comment! It's actually a very large hall reverb but I guess it kinda sounds outdoors-y. I really like the natural sound it brings to my music.

If the sounds are not from a sample pack, the orchestra is a synth and the rest is nice production work: you are a sir.

Great work. Would love to see more, wondering which VSTs and effects you have used

I like horn section. How it sounds. I also like how you used instruments to get whole tune from start to the end. Good arrangement and instrumentation. I would work more on this orient flute melody (about 1.30 sec) and develope this percusion movement (1:30 to 1.55)into something longer with leading melody.

Thanks. The orchestra sounds are mostly from Symphobia 1 & 2 and Session Strings. The flute is Passion Flute from Orange Tree. I don't remember exactly which VSTs I used but I usually use ReaPlugs and Sonitus Fx Suite, and a bunch others. For the growling trombone at the end I used tube distortion and delay. For reverb I used Altiverb. I did not have a lot of time to mix it, but almost all of my tracks had some kind of compression (some in a bus).

Thanks. I will definitely consider your suggestions. It is still just a demo, but I intend to make a longer version someday if I have time. *yes*
