Omnisphere 2.5 Mac Steam folder

    I had before Omnisphere 2 and deleted it in this days i got more interest on it so i download ver 3.0d with 8 dvds .
    made the update installation and copy the stem folder .
    Now when i open omnisphere 2 i get "steam folder not writable" .
    I went to the steam folder and in the get info on steam folder mark it as read & write and for all subfolders.
    But still getting this message of "steam folder not writable".
    Help will be more than welcome.

    OSX Sierra
    Tried with diffrents daws
    Ableton 10.2
    Bitwig 2.4
    Studio one pro 4.

    Where,d you placed the steam folder?

    I have put mine in /Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics and created a symlink in

    ~/Library/Application Support/Spectrasonics

    no issue here

    Make sure your steam folder is Named STEAM important that it is with BIG letters ;)
