    Here is the mp3: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1L5gZnoLZFH2y2I27-vQ-fhPaFFVXsj0A

I think It's because Spotify compresses the audio files even if its already in a compressed format. I'm talking about data compression here (mp3 - m4a - ogg) not dynamic compression. whatever encoder they use generally gets rid of unnecessary information which for lossy audio files, it means messing with magnitude and phases. (cutting a lot of high frequencies with a resonating peak at the cut freq is the reason for this bell you mentioned)
I don't know if this is your song, but I have a list of NOT to do's for you instead of a list of to do's.
    • DO NOT over-compress your signal. make sure you have enough headroom on your master bus. if you do mastering yourself, set the ceiling somewhere between -2db and -0.9db. avoid too much brickwall limiting and keep your mix as dynamic as possible since every major streaming platform normalizes your song.
    • DO NOT push the high-end of spectrum. I've seen a lot of people doing that and even worse many online tutorials are suggesting that. they say by boosting everything above a frequency, they are sweetening the mix. generally avoid boosting frequencies unless it's for sound design purposes. let exciters and multi-band distortions sweeten your mix.
    • DO NOT upload mp3 when you're submitting a song to a streaming service or an online store. always upload a wav file. (24-bit preferred) if you use higher sample rates (96k/192k) for your projects, only down-sample if you're asked to.

Try gently rolling off the high end and also monoising above 8-10KHz before uploading as well as what has been said above by @Amirious

Make sure you have chosen "extreme quality" (or "very high" quality) in the Spotify preferences. This will give you 320kbps (and 160kbps) lossy OGG quality.

192 and 128 kbps mp3 (lossy) has a steep "brickwall" highcut at 16.5kHz. 320kbps does not.

If you redo this test at extreme quality setting and the results are the same then this will mean that your material was converted twice (to low and then backup to high), which doesn't make sense.

The aliasing i only listen to in the desktop version, thats why im so confused about this.
I was thinking maybe that the error its because
    -Clariphonic
    -Sample Rate
-Upload mp3 in the distribuitor store and not Wav.

I tried the quality think that you said and there is not difference in the my phone only in the desktop version.

    Greetings

    Mandy Parnell, British mastering engineer.

at min 25 she talks about this topic, very interesting talk overall.

    she mentions a plugin called
Nugen Mastercheck, its on the ss, maybe worth a shot.

The quality of Spotify is degrading. This is due to new rules from several record companies, the big moneymakers, and require from now on to put watermarks in their audio files. That's what you are hearing because these watermarks operate in the higher frequency bands!!
Place the concerning audio file in a spectrogram and you will see what I mean.....

    in Spotify try turning off

"Set the same volume level for all tracks"

to exclude that garbage option as culprit

I downloaded OP's two versions and found two more differences. First, the spotified version has less rms, means the dynamics were processed, second, with a spectrometer I found significant clicks above 17kHz.

    As I said previously...

Try gently rolling off the high end and also monoising above 8-10KHz before uploading

At least thats according to Mattew Weiss and an Izotope Ozone tutorial he refers too.

I don't know if this is an additional watermark or a converting artifact, but you could try a steep highcut at 16kHz and see what happens.

I'm not sure if these are the problems OP is talking about...

Furthermore according to LUFS the max peak/True Peak should be -1dB (not -0.3 or -0.6dB).
