Oh no. Dont do that small town mix. Just arrange the sound differently and it is your own song. There are too much covers of it and better ones. Same for the bassnote structure.

Those four bassnotes are repetitive. The kick and claps are sounding nice. Could use a break or two so it is a nice arrangement. Intro and outro should be nice too.

I like the piano sound, white noise, the kick sound.

Dont like the synth sound starting at 0:16 which plays the smalltown melody. Reminds me of an house classic of 10 years ago, was all over on the radio. Dont know the name of the song or the artist. Something about a russion spacestation...

So bassnotes structure is done so many times, synth sound is a classic house tune sound, small town boy oh god. No.

Production wise, sounds good. Your creativity is boring and dull. Someone who can make nice sounds, doesnt need a cheap cover about a gay boy who is misunderstood living in a smalltown.

If you change the lyrics, it is still uncreative (and gay)

Keep the bassline, change the melody and make breaks. Would like to hear your new mix.

Yep, making fun of a song about living in a smalltown as a gay can be pretty homophobic. Next time, upload a cover of the Crazy Frog. I will make the same comment about frogs. Does it mean to you im frogphobic?
