So the Keyscape folder appears in my Omnisphere 2 browser but there's no sound and it looks like the files are not loading.

this is the location where I put the keyscape files

and I've also manually moved each DB file out its folder into the main folder
using this version

 

you must simply put the whole keyscape folder in the STEAM FOLDER, you must not change the structure of keyscape so it should be STEAM and you should have omnisphere and keyscape, do not change file structure or you will get errors like you have, just move the entire keyscape folder into steam folder

 

Is there a way to uninstall so I can try it again?
There is no uninstall in the control panel for omni

 

there is no uninstall just copy the entire keyscape folder and place it in the STEAM FOLDER where omni is placed

If I just copy it as it is to the STEAM folder it won't work because the "keyboards" folder does not exist
and as you can see it does have this Keyscape so folder so I presume i need to move all the piano files inside this folder
Do I need to move each DB file out of it's folder, because I remember seeing a post saying that it should'nt be inside folders

 

dude you really messed that up, look when you dl keyscape all you had to do was place it in the steam folder which contains omni also., so inside the STEAM folder you should have omnisphere and keyscape, simple as that, i got no idea about what you got in above picture

 

Just update Omnisphere software and everything will work fine
