I wish to listen all my mp3 always at 125 bpm; please do you know if does an audio player exist that automatically play mp3, wave and flac files at the same bpm velocity?

I don't need a double deck mixing player, like NI Traktor or olther like that... Just a simple (and fast) mp3 player (like Windows Media Player, for example).

Thanks in advance to all mates that will answer to this thread, ciao, Platoon

Sorry for the delay, I was very busy last weekend...

Well, I downloaded and tried the two softwares you've talked about, but there isn't a real bpm counter, just only 3 sliders to adjust velocity and pitch without a chance to block the bpm at 125. Thank you however Sylenth.Will.Fall for your answer...

    Any other idea, please?

I would be interested to see if there is such a player. This seems like quite a lofty request...... to have a player automatically adjust all different tempos to 125 BPM. I've never heard of such a thing, and seems like it would be strange to have all your listening at the same tempo. Just saying.

All mp3 at 125?? why on earth do you need to abuse your recording this way?

I can't see how software would be able to do this. It would have to immediately work out the bpm of the track and then speed it up or slow it down. You may be able to do it with an editor or DAW - load up all your tracks and then time stretch each one, then load it into a player.

I doubt there is a simple player that will do what you want because, as @recycle says, why would anyone want to do it?

I don´t think you can regulate the exact bpm with this, but you can surely change the bpm and keep pitch of your tracks!

Easy to use: Amazing Slow Downer

Yes, but you are now moving into the realms of DAW. territory.

For example, Stick a track in Ableton at 125 bpm, then warp it and you're done.

Well... I assume you are a house music devotee heheh. You don't need a media/audio player app mate. You need something like Traktor from NI (or any other advanced DJ app that will timestretch non-destructively all tracks in the playlist in realtime and lock playback to a specific tempo speed).

First of all... Thank you all for your contributes...

As I saw: "I don't need a double deck mixing player, like NI Traktor or olther like that... Just a simple (and fast) mp3 player (like Windows Media Player, for example)."

Yes, I'm an house music devotee... I need a simple mp3 player in order to quickly listen lot of tracks, but at the same bpm... If it doesn't exist, I think I will use NI Traktor, even if it's a mixer, not a simple player...

Sorry, but "Amazing Slow Downer" don't have any bpm regulation...

Image Line DeckaDance (or anything like it) will let you load a playlist and maintain all tracks at a certain BPM. Yes, it's DJ software and much more complicated than a media player, and yes it needs to (imperfectly) analyse the tracks for BPM first (which can take a while and demands the building of a database, per folder, per drive, whatever), but it does what you want.

But I would recommend doing it - it will open up a whole world (as compared to just clicking play).

As always: thanks to all for the patience and for the contribution...

Sorry, but in DSP section you can not select the exactly bpm, but you can change the velocity of bpm... I wish a software that plays all tracks at the same bpm velocity...

I specify that also Native Instruments Traktor does this, but I's prefer to use a simple software, rather than a double decks mixer... I think cpu resources would be less for a mp3 single player...

    No.
I doubt there is a simple media player which is able to lock bpms without analysing the file first.

    Indeed. How could it?

@platoon - you seem to be asking for too much: a simple way of doing something which has no simple way of being done.

I know deckadance is complicated. But it's also pretty simple to setup a playlist and (after analysis of the tracks) lock tracks to a BPM. You don't have to use any of the more fancy gizmos. Yes, it's clunky way to do it, but ........ it will do it.

Well... unless you want it to run on a 20+ years machine, you won't have any probs. Get on with it already man.

    NI Traktor minimum requirements:
Pentium IV or Athlon 1.4 GHz (SSE1), 1 GB RAM

    ImageLine Deckadance minimum requirements:
512mb ram, Pentium III 1ghz, Athlon 1.4 ghz or better.

    Pioneer Rekordbox minimum requirements:
    " Intel® processor Core™ i7, i5, i3. Intel® processor Core™ 2 Duo 2.0GHz or higher."
