When you say part, do mean the part from 0:11 to 0:31? There are only a few kicks without the bass and they don't really punch either.

It has sub. It has a very linear frequency response.

    1) Load up a good spectrum analyzer and loudness meter (LUFS) and check them.
    2) Plug in a subwoofer and use it. (I already assume you have good speakers and room treatment)

Then compose, mix and master yours in a similar manner to achieve similar readings.

Take a listen to this track:-

With all of the instruments mixed together in my DAW, the master channel was running at around -24db Then I added a glue compressor with about 11db of gain. saved it as the mixdown.
Then I mastered it cutting at LOT of the low end, then using a multiband compressor to boost just the frequencies i wanted. Notice at the beginning of the track, no bass or drums (as you asked) I did have pizzicato strings that I dropped an actave to gave a bass effect though!

    Hope that helps.

There's more than a kick and brass synth. There's a deep sub too, are you not able to hear it?

classic low end trick: added raw sine @ 45/60c. But the mix itself doesn't 'bang' so much and the sine is barely audible, but there and giving that sweet uhmpf.
Here's the trick almost over the top:
