I'm new to Ableton and was just wondering what is the best course for learning the software?
There are heaps to choose from, and I'm looking for the most comprehensive tutorial available!
I've decided to use Ableton as my main DAW, which is why I am asking, haha.

It depends (as always). I don't think there is as "best" for everyone.
Here is an Ableton course for absolute beginners. Covers everything in Ableton. Teacher is a good one (at least for me):
Udemy.com search for "Ultimate Ableton Live 10" by Jason Allen.
On the sister site you can find "Ultimate Ableton Live" wich is for Ableton 9 (but I don't think the V10 version is much better).

I have found that when I watch a bunch of video tutorials, very little actually sticks with me... I get bored and stop paying attention. And there are many people who offer video tutorials for money who are borderline incompetent. Often it's just a big waste of time. Don't watch 15 minute videos about something that's perfectly explained in the manual in a couple of sentences and pictures.

 

The problem is these VST's are too clean, an SSL will change tonality slightly just when increasing the input signal.
