I'm searching for a good external Soundcart. I use FL Studio 9.

Can you recomment something? I tested out a Teratec Aureon 5.1 USB, but (you might have expected it) the sound quality wasn't that good and I had a background noise. Not good while making music

The Soundcart shouldn't cost to much... About 50 € maybe?

Besides, I'm searching a good car! Well, I tested a Golf, but (you might have expected it), it's not very cool. So what can you recommend?
You know, the car shouldn't cost too much,... let's say $50 ? Maybe a Porsche? Or Ferrari? Something like that...

If you don't get the message:
You can't get a very good soundcard without paying for good quality. Get used to it. And keep in mind: If you buy cheap, you'll buy twice! So go and grab you a Komplete Audio 6, which will last your whole life! It's a one-time-invest.

Buy yourself a proper audio interface, get more possibilities. 100 Euro isn't much for that.

100€ is lowest limit. For about 100€ you get for example Audio 2 DJ from NI. Good sound quality, no noises. I am working with it for 4 years.....still satisfied.
If you don't need more than 2 outputs, it's a good choice.

Soundcard (or audio interface), not soundcart.

RME, Apogee, MOTU, Metric Halo, etc.

Maybe the Scarlett 2i2 could fit! It's not as expensive as Komplete Audio 6, and the sound is quite ok!

Maybe it's not that expensive if I use a soundcart just for my DAW, not for any hardware things...???

I dont know, I have no clue how this hardware shit works

These are the great ones, but not the most expensive: TC Konnekt 48, RME Fireface 800, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 or Liquid, Motu 2408mkII and III.
These are the good budget ones: TC Impact Twin, RME Multiface II, Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 DSP, Focusrite Saffire Pro 24. Also, Native instruments makes an interesting USB audio interface, if you want a USB one.

You will notice the lack of companies like M-audio. M-audio is crap and you should avoid them IMHO.

Personally, if I was on budget I would go with TC Impact Twin since it's got great DSP FX, or Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 DSP for the same reason. DSP FX come really, really handy, and these are great sounding audio interfaces with really good mike preamps, good drivers, and nice mixer apps.

    Cheers!

Some firewire with phantom powering, good preamps and DSPs might be overkill for doing electro with FLStudio, no?
I mean, come on, the TC sure is awesome, but it's >400$ when Someone just have 50 to spend.
The NI audio2DJ 2nd hand is a good solution I think.
If no mic recording is needed and intended, it shouldn't be that expensive (less than 100$, preamps are the expansive part on an interface)... On stage I use a crappy Berhinger interface (DI boxes, grounding and cables are the most relevant when outputting I think). I got jt for 30$. It's really good enough (and it's a bit lighter than my Digidesign Rack). If you consider some recording, external effects, hardware synth... wait till you have roughly 100-200€, if not, low end Berhinger, M-Audio and Alesis will do just right.

But on an external interface (even if it's not top quality), it's weird you have a noticeable noise, at reasonnable volume. Have you tryed it in someone else's house? On another amp/speakers? With headphone? Is "volume control" and such correctly configured?

Again, it's soundcard..or simply audio interface.
Go with M-audio. It's shit (or THE shit, depending on how much experience you have with audio interfaces).

If you don't need a lot of input and it's just to use FL studio go for the NI audio2dj, it's more than enough.
