Music technology was fascinating from the beginning to me ...also i admire what goes into making a piano or a well crafted guitar/bass

You are off track,I'm not a communist,I hate communism as I hate capitalism but I am not always thinking/dreaming about ephemeral latest fashion gadgets .I'm looking for something else,deeper.I have realized that material property don't make me happy.That's why I make/like music a lot,,musict gives me positive and abstract emotions.
Now,after all these years I like eat/cooking very well,see my family and sometimes people in pubs.It's better than owning the last bmw or iphone or last DA converter or 500$ headphones...To make my music I have an old computer,1000$ monitoring,1000$ sound card and 500$ controller and I don't want/need better or something else.That's already very cool I think.

 

@Spyfxmk2 cool if you are happy.The most important is that everybody find his happiness in our short life.We are all different.

I guess you WANTED the $1000 monitors, the $1000 sound card and $500 controller back them WHEN you did NOT have them, so now, let some of us dream about $1000 monitors, $1,000 soundcards and $500 controller. Why was it right for you then but now it is wrong for us ?

 

once I heard these 3-way coaxial beasts, I cannot desire any other studio monitors...


then, this is a must have gear for any serious drummer, very hard to find...


and finally, having unlimited time would be the very most valuable, including the fancy car ofc...
