best service engine 2 problem

    Working fine to windows XP ...but i installed the Engine 2(same unlocked version ) to windows vista 64 i added the libraries ...i can see them in preferences ->libraries but when i click on yellow tools no library appeared!!! What's wrong?
    Are there tips for windows 64 ?? Please help cause my workshop is in vista 64 !!

    its actually 2.1 blabla :) and it works just checked, but as i replaced the layer the plugin crash - garbage.
