But Lennar Digital Sylenth1 was not a Crack!
It was just a demo which could be unlocked with a Keygen.
The only thing i know is that some folks can become very inventive
when it comes to earn some extra money...

For your INFO: A crack is mostly done by reversing the executables or modifying
the content of protected software in order to make it function as a full version.
Nowadays unlocking software with just a Keygen becomes rare as many
developers start to release limited (crippled) Trials and separate FULL
versions available only for registered customers.

 

That's the only rule I have for cracked Software: Don't make money with it!
I mean if you don't have money but nead good software for whatever.. okay, why not? use a cracked software! Or if you're still in a discovering or learning process, when you aren't sure if music making will be a serious hobby or a job, then it's okay from my point of view. But when you start making money with your stuff, then you should be able to buy the stuff you use!

Thanks dude for posting this amusing video! We all know that this is nothing new. In this case, the guy from Looport is just using a serial number. However, it is a known thing that audio developers DL their competitor's [cracked] software from either warez sites (like this) or they crack it themselves in order to steal new technology from each other (i.e. they must keep up with the competition or get ahead of them - nobody wants to pay full price for software). Of course, when it comes to public consumption everything looks "holier than thou" as these developers will put up a circus show to fight those nasty pirates that steal money from them. Take Eddie Basil for example. With one side of his face he fights piracy, but with the other He says that cracked software runs faster than the original. How did he get hold of cracked soft? Well, he either cracked it himself (I don't thing he's got that ability) or downloaded it from a place like AudioZ! It's just as simple as that - ha ha!

 

That Ebay guy guy has the AudioZ banner posted on the page. Is that weirdo looking to get AudioZ closed down.
