Last week we had to apply for Betatesting, but i am not sure, if its not downloadable for any Omnisphere owner. I assume so.

Registered users (and others) keep in mind that we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for this Beta and Spectrasonics has our personal information in its database.

Spectrasonics clearly states that:
"All registered Omnisphere 2 users with Standard licenses are eligible to sign up to join the Public Beta test."
