This is the only forum I've registered on that could probably have suggestions. I need to upload to a hosting site about 2gb's worth of stuff. I need to be able to create a folder then put stuff in it and have the people that need to get it be able to download the folder. I prefer free because this just needs to be a quick one off.

The only one I've used in the past was Mediafire but they don't allow folders of files to be downloadable in freebie mode.... only individual files. I try googling but trying to read through tons of links to figure out who does what is giving me a headache, lol.

Don't need a full 2 gb's at once... I could break it up. Upload. They get it. Trash it. Repeat

    TIA

Ah, good idea, thanks. While I tried to put a bunch of folders with files into them into a single parent folder, it let me upload, but wouldn't let me download. However, it seems I'm able to compress single folders and download that. I'll have about 130 folders so I email 15-20 links at a time that'll work.

I originally sent my photo's to the persons insurance company who caused an accident I was in on a usb thumb drive, but, 3 months afterwards I call to say whats up with my claim, and they're.... 'uh, we couldn't open the photo's'. Thanks for letting me know. When were you going to tell me???? Grrrrrrrr Lol

However this upload/download thing seems to work. :dunno:

    Thanks fella's! :like:

    Gonna check those sites out.

One bad thing about mega is that they have a daily transfer limit that they don't tell you you've hit until you've hit it, which instantly renders their dropbox-like service annoying.
