Which is the best Choirs library (male/female) with an excellent/reliable 'wordbuilder' inside?

If you want a true wordbuilder I can only remember two:
Good oldie EWQL Symphonic Voices (choirs)
Kontakt library "Realitone Realivox Blues v1.4" (female blues singer)

The rest, AFAIK, are phrase builders.

8Dio Lacrimosa and Insolidus, 8Dio Requiem, Aria Aurora, Eduardo Tarilonte's Cantus and Mystica, and Cinesamples Voxos (but I don't like that one very much).

Except Symphonic Choirs, almost all others have pre-made syllables but the're still kind of useful.

If you want to emulate a vocalist with your own lyrics, nope, that won't work. But that doesn't mean you can't get a rough idea.

Let's hope the arrival soon of the "Native Instruments MODO Choir". Or perhaps dream...?

There is none like that.. (Sadly) the only one that gives sort of control over what is being sung (typed) is, like @Xupito mentioned - EWQL Symphonic Choir (or whatever it's being called these days). I was able to get a pretty realistic phrases out of it, but even achieving that is a pain in..

Others are just uh, oh, ah, blah, meow.. and some random quasi-latin stuff thrown in. Totally useless for what you are asking..
