i'm trying to figure who is to say what is wrong isn't wrong to download is it just torrents or ether type of sharing site's to how do they know what is cope rited or not i know they can not check every download's IP that would take to much man power

 

Well, that torrent on topic was a set up, meaning copyright holders shared the shit themselves, so surely they got the IP addresses. Album was top 10 stuff at time, something youngsters listen to, leaning more to girly side. Something that raises alarms for those that are more aware of recent development of "music business", and their latest "business models". That is pirating their own stuff and sharing it illegally suing those who download the stuff..
More than total win win business for music industry. Like one song for 600 euros.. makes whole album worth for like 10 000 quid. Better get something not to regret for that prize.. would suck to pay 10 000 for some shit you listen for once - at halfway.

Seriously, stay away of new stuff (if it's in the top whatever lists, it's too hot for hard drive) and if you must download some tastings of latest beats, get those at some file sharing services or listen at spotify, grooveshark or such. Don't get those via torrent, specially public. Even if you have latest block list installed. They can at least monitor torrent activity for torrents they are connected to, and that would be the stuff they think would sell the most.
