Kontakt Portable 5.7.1 slow loading

    Hi guys,

    I have portable version of Kontakt 5.7.1 installed and all new libraries are working fine. No issues there.

    Besides that I have Kontakt 5.5.0 (R2R) working great with older libraries. The issue I have is that portable 5.7.1 takes way too much time to load - standalone or as VSTi.

    Now I have them both working side by side which is great, but 5.5.0 loads instantly... opposite to portable version loading very slow.

    Is there some trick I've missed to make it load faster?

    Windows 7 SP1 x64, SSD Samsung 950 Pro system drive (both Kontakt installations are on it), Intel I7 4790k, 32 GB RAM @ 2400 mHz, 2TB WD Black Sata III drive for libraries.

    Typically the portable version should load only a bit slower.

    Check the Kontakt database, I think it's one thing that can slow down Kontakt loading.
