    Hello

Does Native Access detect the freeware and cracks?

I just downloaded Native Access. But before downloading my new purchase (which obviously now has to be done through Native access) I want to know if Native Access detects freeware?

Does it work like service center and put all freeware in to demo mode?

    Hope someone knows..

    Cheers

You can´t run Native Access and no legit libraries that needs a serial - Period!

Question: So when we're getting these libraries like Output Analog Brass and Winds KONTAKT, for example, from here and other warez sites, they are NOT "legit" libraries and have been cracked in some way, shape, or form?

Example: You can run an earlier non legit version of Kontakt (where you only have "installed" the exe file e.g on your desktop - this is not a propper intall and will only run in Stand Alone mode) and on top of that having a propper install of your legit version of Kontakt, but:
Everytime you have added non legit library/libraries in the non legit Kontakt you´ll have this/these libraries added in Native Access account as libraries that hasn´t been propper registret and you´ll not be able to play with them in you legit Kontakt.
You can run non legit libraries with warez Kontakt but your legit Native Access account (if you have one :)) will reveal you right away!!!
Hope that was of some help vibetribe?!?

Indeed that would be nice, but Im pretty sure that´ll never be an option

So what if I install native Access on a different computer and download some legit libs/instrument from within the Native access. And then only move the libs/instrument over to my normal computer (without Native Access). Do you think that'll work? :)

On mac at least native access does not prohibit you from running any of the various k'ed NI app that we have access to. It will still update any legit apps though for instance. So it's really nothing to worry about along those lines.

Sorry, but I'm on windows (seven 64), I own Maschine 2 and Komplete 11, have native access installed. At the same time, I'm running a ked version of kontakt (portable) to try out different libraries. No problems here.

    Im running Win7/64 myself!

Have you checked Native Access after you have tested non legit libs in the portable?

    Hi !
Yes, non legit libs are not in NA, and I update my legit products all the time. I add non legit libs with the k5 portable libraries manager, and that's it. You just have to be sure, they are not in windows registry and no xml in old service center folder.
Sorry for my poor english ;-)

You have a brilliant english DCT68 ..... Language is about communication and I understand you perfect!

    Just a few thoughts:
    1: Might be because you´re using the portable version? - I didn´t!
2: My situation: I installed the NA after I had used a non legit version of Kontakt and never troubled checking neither Windows reg or Service Center folder.

Might be interesting doing another try - Thanks :like:

Thanks DCT68 but I think I´ve found another parth when it comes to checking out new non legit Kontakt library releases..... I´m tired doing that, often waist of time. I already have so much I´ve bought I haven´t tested propper yet that the the non legit Kontakt circus has in many ways gradually lost meaning. Not that I blame people doing this - far from.... I´ve just found another parth that´s all.

    Cheers

I just purchased a legit library for Kontakt 5 but Native Access keeps giving me installation, and registration error messages, how were you able to install/register your legit libraries while using K'ed Kontakt and libraries?

By using Native Access, your libraries didn't go demo?

Recently, I managed to get a hold on Kontakt 5.8.0 (OSx), but am not sure how to add libraries (legit) meant for kontakt 5.6.8 and above. The standalone 5.6.6 doesn't do the trick.

Thanks, are you absolutely certain about this on Mac? I have Native Access installed but I have been blocking it as I'm scared! I've not read this elsewhere so I just wanted to confirm it, is it just in your own experience, or common knowledge?

    Thanks

i use the Kontakt portable with Native Access and i don't have it blocked and I update all my stuff through it. It doesn't detect it...whats odd though is Maschine recognizes the portable Kontakt as a Native Instruments plugin from the plugin selection menu. But I guess since there is no registry entry that it can't get blasted.

I just wish I could integrate it because i def do not want to use an installer for kontakt and I don't really want to use a k'd maschine install either.
