Hello Everyone,

I was trying to see if anyone can share information on how I can convert these Ueberschall sound banks into Wavs. When I download the sounds off this site, I need activation in order to extract the files, and you can only get an activation number if you bought it. Is anyone else having this problem? I love these sound banks, but I just need to find a way to get around the activation part.

AFAIK it's not possible to bulk export the whole elastic bank. The elastic player has an export function, but only for single loops/one shots. So in fact, the elastic thing a something like a copy protection.

Do yourself a favor and forget Ueberschall! As long as they use this elastic shit, I won't dl, use or even buy something from them. That easy.

 

Yea, I totally understand, this elastic crap makes it hard to use their loops without purchase. They have some great sounding loops tho.

Hey thanks for the link, but its not working. The main sound bank i was trying to get from the Ueberschall is the Retro Soul, if I can get this sound bank in Wav, man this would make my year.

but export the wav file without original name every wav
generated are named with number 01-02-03- etc etc...

extract elastik file to wave file

GO TO UEBERSCHALL AND BUY IT!!!!!!!!

 

Ok, I came home and use that converter and it worked! It converted the Elastik file to Wavs. The only downfall is when the files are converted, they are not properly numbered so you will have to arrange them yourself. Even though this is time consuming, at least you have some good loops!. Here is the link if any one want to convert those elastik files to Wavs.

To converted a hole elastik soundbank to wavloops is a big waste of time !
I tried it 2 years ago with the fmv-extractor tool an in my opinion it is much easier to listen
to the sound bank via the elastik player an pic the loops and parts you really like and than use the converted
to wav option.
I agree that the elastik player is crap but if you converted a hole soundbank you get
hundreds of files with useless names ! And at the end 3-5% of them are interesting

By the way: if you download the latest version of the elastik player from a....z.info
you dont need a activation number all available elastik soundbank are already activated!
