    Hi everyone,

i have a problem i can't seem to find the solution to. And so far, neither the Lethal Audio Support...

Each time i try to activate, it refuses with an "error 28" error...

    Antivirus deactivated, VPN deactivated, etc

Windows 10 reinstalled and audio driver updated with latest version. Preferences cleaned. Registry base cleaned.

My activation went well. I have a dedicated audio-PC that's not connected to the internet. Never.
I hated it when I was forced to connect to the internet for activating the plugin. Unfortunately there is no other way to activate the software I guess.
As I said for me it worked out well. By not connecting to the internet you'll gain some more advantages. You do not need antivirus software and a firewall. It keeps your computer running fast and smooth....
    I'm on win7 x64. Maybe it's a windows 10 issue?

Causes of an "error 28" :
    • Incorrectly configured, old, or corrupted device drivers. (very common)
    • Corruption in Windows registry from a recent software change (install or uninstall).
    • Virus or malware infection that has corrupted Windows system files or related drivers.
    • Driver conflict after installing new hardware.
    • Faulty hardware.

Might want to check your host file also. I am saying this since no one else mentioned it.

Your welcome. Try this from command prompt ipconfig /flushdns. Win 10 run command prompt as admin.

I'm going to try it on a brand new machine with nothing else installed other than windows 10, latest audio drivers and lethal.
    We'll see.

Apparently anti-beacon seems to be the problem by deactivating too many stuff in windows 10

I reinstalled a clean win 10 anyway so... now it works...
