Any sample pack you recommend to create nice vocal chops?

I mean this (see below) style of vocal chops, or even Seeb style like in "I took a pill in ibiza remix"...i think young male and female voices.

It's just a sustained vowel played in sampler with medium slide turned on. You can chop any acapella or even record yourself. Instead of cheap sample packs, look for high quality acapellas (in remix contests, etc.). Or use channels like

I actually use NUANCE from New sonic art as sample. But I think there's not the slide effect...
any sampler do you recommend to work with vocals? (External plugins if possible)

 

Depends on the daw you are using. Usually built-in is enough. Simpler, sampler, fl sampler, exs 24, kontakt.
