    Hey Guys,
I'm trying to create a song that would do well in clubs. I recently had this idea for music and I'd love to hear your thoughts. It's still not polished but I'm trying to focus on structure.

    Thank you!

A: The intro drums would be much more killer if they were like 808 low booms instead of such a clicky bass drum. Even though it does work well after the music kicks in I think adding some low booms would kick it up a notch. Especially for added accents in the part with the high pad melody.

B: Love the synths used. The fade/envolope on the main synth is very nice.

C: Mix and Master sounds pretty good and clear. Good overall eq but it's missing some low frequency bass either with boom kicks or just a low bass synth of some sort.

D: As for structure, its pretty solid for a no vocal instrumental. However if you planned on putting vocals on it it could use some more defining between sections. I'm not sure what would fix that exactly but it's a moot point if it's just a instrumental track. Could use a crazy interlude. Maybe something trance like that sucks you into another world before it spits you back out to the chorus section. Just a thought.

Over all it sounds really good. Reminds me of my extasy fueled rave days over a decade ago.

Layer this drums a bit more, they can get more impact (especially claps).
    Very good pad sounds.
Riser can use more dynamic, ok it's dance floor oriented, still it can be more dramatic.

edit : I like this melodies, can be longer (still a WIP on arrangement/structure, i get it)

Very euphoric, nice sounds, it's working for me :)

Check out Michael Cassette, he is doing some similar music, mixture of everything but basically the sound is euphoric and dreamy, nothing aggressive, just pretty melodies and emotions :)

my 2 cents, all your music would do well in clubs. unfortunately the structure of many tracks that make it to club dancefloors are based on popularity, not the producer who would work hard to make outstanding tracks. just keep at it please.

Thank you guys! You really came through.
I agree, the drums in the verse area need work. I will get to it asap.
Good point Xoso and since I'm adding vocals I am going to add one or two bridges.
Thanks Xsze, I checked out Michael Cassette. I like him!
Thanks for the kind words Dan! :)

Thanks again all you guys. It's good to know I'm going in the right direction :)

I'm with dan01 on that one, DJ's are spinning mostly very well known tracks and artist or something that have almost the same sound and structure, like listening to beatports top10 in a row, everything is like from the same artist.

Don't fall in the clichés and don't be afraid to make something unusual in terms of arrangement and general vibe of the track, but I think if your vocals sound fresh it would be really great, find someone who have different pretty voice and don't auto tuned it that much, there is so many lifeless generic vocals that have no emotions, so in most cases they ruin actual vibe of the track.

If you can spend little time with actual lyrics, if you are struggling to make something good, don't go with lame stuff like everybody, let her sing the harmonies, that would be awesome layer on top of all sounds and euphoria is restored :)

Where are you from? Because the dutch trance (armin v. Buuren), Swedish house (Avicii) and French house (David Guetta) is taking over all clubs in the USA there are some DJ's from Europe who could fill a whole year with bookings only in the states. The way many DJ's see it USA was sleeping for a decade after a really good start in Chicago and Detroit and BAM!!! House was born, it is something we house producers will always thank and respect you guys for, but the parties in Ibiza where the foundation for today's Electronic dance music. If you look in for example LA, Miami, Las Vegas, the clubs are filled with party people loosing their mind on the set of Armin van Buuren or Tiesto or SHM or Avicii just to name the 3 best DJ's in the world.
The way I see it Rap music is more individual music just for you and the girl you dancing with, while if you hear a good DJ set the whole audience is one big family and everyone is feeling the same thing.. It depends on the DJ off course.

Not to mention all the request of collaborations some producers get?Snoop Dogg, Rihanna, Will i am, Usher even     Justin Bieber     for example

Sorry never mind didn't hear the whole song it stopped over and over after 4 seconds. But it's good enough for me now. Maybe you should have a more present bass it's in the but it's not kickin out.. and it gets a bit repetitive for me because of the boring sidechained instruments and you should have more movement in your sounds and also add more depth . It's a good start but it definitely need a start and an end.
