Is there a way to play polyphony with SWAM engine and clarinets? I mean how to avoid legato and play chord for example.
It's impossible for sure as you can't play chords on real instrument :)

I have not worked with that but I hope this helps, but maybe because that's solo instrument you can't play chords

If it's really only a solo instrument all you can do is splitting the chords over several instances.

yeah, most of orchestral instruments are made to be solos, if playing chords, then it's by groups but it's the good thing with virtual instruments: you can make them play what a player or even the instrument itself wouldn't be able to

    just play your chords :)

As No Avenger said, just play your chords with any polyphonic synth, then split the chords in several tracks that contains monodic line each with an instance of clarinet in each one.

    Thanks for your response.
Conclusion is: it's not possible with one instance.

That may work technically. But it will most likely sound ugly or unnaturally.

Not with one instance because there isn't a way to set the SWAM engine of the Clarinet to polyphonic.
For two key chords you can use two keyboards route them to two SWAM clarinets and play one tone on each of the keyboard. For the three key chords I needed to use my nose
