I have just bought the Pioneer DDJ SR2. it is fantastic, so i would vote for the SX2 from your choices.

also Pioneer don't do stupid mirror image left decks.
no one has ever wanted a mirrored left CDJ or turntable, so god knows why Denon, Roland, Numark, etc etc keep making them like that

 

what are you looking to do with the controller is probably a better question... the roland seems geared towards people that want to make beats (that mixture of production and djing), the pioneer controllers are straight forward but honestly it comes down to what you want from the controller.. for example the pioneer ddj sb2 is good enough for anyone that is only looking to be able to mix with Serato DJ.. the outputs are probably more important.. for example the better ones have xlr or 1/4's while the lower end models probably just have RCA outs.

I personally use Turntables with vinyl, and a Pioneer DDJ SB2, and A Numark Quad for Serato... so as far as mixing.. all the controllers do the same thing and it comes down to a persons preference after a while... for the most part people seem to buy DJ controllers like fancy sneakers... most people just don't want the models that don't look cool or like professional level gear but if they control Serato DJ.. thats all that maters for the most part and if you're just getting your first controller just for mixing.. I wouldn't worry about it too much... my suggestion is go for the pioneer models and don't be scared of the SB2 but if you prefer a more professional looking model that does the same basics.. try the next model up

 

pioneer did on the SB2 but that's there low end vesion. I definitely don't prefer the mirror decks but it doesn't bother me when mixing.. but visually I prefer identical decks

 

Thanks guys for all response. I like the idea of the drum machine to sequence my own beats and samples. By the way, I was thinking what about Serato or Traktor too?

 

don't know about serato i'm sure it is good too in the right hands,but the s2 and s4 are really good controllers/usb interfaces for their price.
