if I was looking for a single plug to make drastic difference , I would be approaching things wrong. the secret is an accumulation of plugins each do tiny bit that adds up to results, ( thats how real equipment works with individual electronics parts resistors capacitors transformers tube transistors etc.)
i never have a hard time with plugs i put em on see if they work if not delete, after while i have the ones that do things of every variety.
i like waves, slate, fabfilter, tone boosters, ik multimedia, native instruments. to name a few companies just get all their plugs from each company and you can accomplish anything you want.

i think form your description you may need a actual analog preamp and analog eq ( that way you can compare to have plugs "emulate" the real thing (or the degree they fail)
my perspective is it takes at least 5 plugs to emulate what a real Peice of gear would do many times a stack of 20 plugs to emulate say a tape machine or analog desk with inserts feeding tape machine bounced back through etc.

For hip hop and most pop stuff. The Engineers are going to suck the life out of your synths anyways to make headroom for vocals and basses. lol You'll start with a beautiful emu synth chord progression or melody, then end up with something low passed or high passed to high heavens.

Have you ever heard analog overdrive? for example pushing a mackie desk in red or the octatrack overdrive? It's incomporable to digital and trust me, how many plugins you have, you would never emulate it. Bouncing up an down is worth the money for me, heck I record it to tape if that's the 'problem'.

But anyway, dont want to start a debate here about analog vs digital, I make music on the Computer and will buy some gear in the future, and it will stay that way. The purpose of this thread is to get similair plugins like Phonec, Omnisphere, and too name a few other that were mentioned in this thread. I don't care if they sound analog or not, they need to have their own character. That's what alot of plugins in my opinion are missing, take for example VPS Avenger, it's so harsh, makes me puke.

There are so many plugins out there, that's why I started this thread.

Imposcar 2 is a pretty underrated synth with unique character I think.

Found a couple of other ones in the meantime:
    M-theory Ugo (Hybrid)
    Eclipsis (wavetable synthesizer)
    Oatmeal
And last but not least Open303.dll ; Open source project, this thing is a monster, as good if not better then Audiorealism ABL3. You can tune the synth aswel.

yes i have heard of it, it is only the last 20 years that i have been working with digital domina, before that it was all analog and as time went along i slowly shifted, unitl now i can re-create anything i need digitally

"for example pushing a mackie desk in red or the octatrack overdrive? It's incomporable to digital and trust me, how many plugins you have, you would never emulate it."

this is just plain false all you need is stacking analog modeling of about 15 plugins each doing tiny bit to get same effect as real thing,
i do agree with you there is no solution that is as quick to get results as using real analog gear, you have to go through quite a lot of time and effort to get comparable results
if you take a piece of analog gear and break it down the the schematic its single parts and how the signal flows through you can re-creat it with plugins a big stack of them, where it works like single components of gear does.

You're probably right if you stack 15 analog modeling plugins on top of each other, seems costly, tedious and time comsuning though.
But once again, I'd rather not debate this topic, as you see in whole this thread I was looking for plugins that don't emulate anything. The examples posted by me and other members are just different then most plugins, wether it be PD, FM , subtractive, sample mangling, or some kind of jibberish term most of us never heard of.
