The start (the bit before all the bitcrushed hats start) reminded of when an EKG goes into berserk alarm mode and u were listening from inside the heart. That slidey bendy bit was the best bit!

 

Hey moosh thats ok, pretty easy listening.......OK I'm a bit deaf, but its musical....if a bit predictable, which ain't necessarily a bad thing, the pubic don't like complex.....yeah it was on purpose......and don't be so bleedin' lazy with the endings, they can really add to a track..............think about a way to finish with a flourish next time round.

Add a slightly nonsensical German text, someone who's singing it in a very unmotivated fashion and you've got yourself a hit for the German radio stations that will be played even years from now. As I don't know where you were going with this I can't really tell if I just congratulated you to your work or critized you but let me just add that I like the Sonnendeck-song so it isn't intended as "this is bad".

 

Reminds me of an old quasimimdi raveloution 309 and a Qausimidi sirius..........

I wouldn't say ugly is the right word, ugly can be great in music.
I would say there is so little going on "musically" yes a couple thumps,pops and couple straggly notes are happening
it has no depth, no sense of going somewhere no sense of expressing.
what you do have could easily remedy all these issues though
so its not ugly its just a quickly , impulsively made construct , that has yet to be given purpose for its existence. what does it accomplish?
all the things you make if given a chance ( put effort and purpose and time energy emotion) to be made into something could be powerful ,meaningful, magical and expressive .
the possibility is there for you to do these things IF you ever feel the desire to do so.
I challenge you and everyone to get some software that randomly generates notes beats music, spend a lot of time listening to these random generations , alternate that with music that you find to be deeply expressive powerful and meaningful, finally compare the way the music comes across whether random or meaningful and see what the differences are.

lets contrast those randomly generated music with music that was made on purpose to express emotion where every note picked every drum hit every inflection chosen has intent to express something ON PURPOSE with meaning behind it.

foster911, when i hear your music what i hear seems randomly generated there is no sense that you made a musical choice on purpose for a specific reason,
with random generated music , you feel that there is no reason at all that the note you are hearing should be played at all , you feel ( as the listener) that there is no reason the sound your hearing should exist it not expressing something for an exact reason with intent behind it .
when music is made "on purpose" and not "randomly generated" it should feel to the listener exactly like when you speak a sentence to a person on purpose. that is to say the letters, words, and senetences are a means to an end that express meaning , compared to randomly picking letters than randomly combining them in different ways, this is because like your spoken language, music is literally a language. it serves nothing at all, EXCEPT to express a deeper meaning. the important thing is not the letters or words and the important things are not the sounds of instruments, the important thing is the MEANING and PURPOSE that is the reason the music was made to bring that emotion and expression outward from a mind on purpose.



by the way this whole comment applies to all us musicians equally.

I have a skeleton in my closet and want to slip it out now.

TBH, I'm beating out my brains at CERN and the manager has asked me to make music for the newly discovered participles. You know, it's like asking for the moon from me. He also bulldozed and rammed strange experimentations down my throat. I don't know what he's going to do with my music but that's all the reality. Also he has told me if I wouldn't succeed then will put me into the accelerator. I don't want to be a part of new discoveries.

Because music is a random phenomenon and people who have made music for years based on ghost truths, philosophies, ideas, theories, bases, fundamentals, essences, assumptions, rules, etc. don't want to accept it.
