Sometimes when I'm trying to install a program I'm asked to enter the 'Computer ID' and after doing a Google search I find most people saying the every program your trying to install will have the ID even if the program isn't registered yet.

My issue is with Sonarworks Reference 3. Its installed and working fine 9I put it in demo mode), but I can't find what I'm supposed to enter for the Computer ID. It's not listed in the plugin itself so I'm not sure how I can find the ID to get it working. Any help is appreciated.

Can vary depending on what specific ID they mean
One way on PC is run command prompt or run, type cmd etc and then type "ipconfig /all"
All the info you need is there normally i.e Machine ID normally the one wanted and is listed at Physical Address in letters etc :bow:

Your "internet protocol configuration" shows your machine identification?? Mine doesn't. How about system control??

Look at the menus for a "registration" item to get it to populate the id again or reinstall again to try to get it to pop up. Even in a keygen the app usually presents it's computer id if needed. Just start over and it should be there somewhere.
