Don't know what you are asking but I believe all these products have already been released to us by R2R. I think these MAX products are just the custom shop, which we've already had full access to. The fulltone and fender collections are already in Amplitube Complete and the rest of the Total Studio Max is here in various separate products.

Or I could be wrong :P

  5. Yep! The MAX series are just bundles... Everything (apart Syntronik) has been released...

Amplitube has some good models (and some terrible ones), but I hardly use it because it's very heavy on the cpu and has a shitty interface. I wish they would separate the modules into individual plugins like Waves GTR and Pod Farm do, so I can only use a stompbox but not the entire program.

    @PopstarKiller
You can... just bypass the amp and cabs ?!?

Anyway, I find that Amplitube gives the best on clean and low gain tones... the only amp sim that I decided to buy.
    - Worth the money IMO (if You don`t want all amps, pedals, mics, cabs, and so on... in that case it is to expensive)

I know I can bypass them, but the program still takes a lot of CPU.

I thought the amplitube max was a new version

Have there been no fixes for racks / pedal / amplifiers and others?

I believe they released this new version with improvements and bug fixes
    Or I can be mistaken.

Fender Collection 2 is not a new version that is without keygen?

  12. latest Amplitube 4 release by R2R includes all Custom Shop modules (available at the release date, obviously)...
the Fender Collection 2 is an "amp pack" not a stand-alone version and it's included too...

The room IRs are horrible in Amplitube. The head emulations are ok and the cab IRs are mediocre. CPU hog too... The thing that honestly pisses me off is the complete lack of information on how to properly calibrate input levels into the plugin. I've huffed and puffed for years on forums and directly with IK about what is the proper reference input level the plugin wants to see when trying to achieve the most realistic emulation. All they ever say is to crank the input until it sounds good. That's complete crap. We all know when modeling circuits there must be a constant in which you A/B and calculate the differentials in order to know what the fuck is actually going on. Waves for instance typically calibrate thier plugins to -18dbfs RMS for the input stage. For IK to simply tell its customers to crank it until it sounds good is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard come out of the mouth of a emulation company. I would argue gain staging is one of the most crucial steps in emulation... IK are a bunch of idiots.

On your favorite warez sharing site. Or the Waves website, if you really have no better use for your money. (I don't actually use Waves GTR, just mentioned it as an example where the components are available individually.)

Got it, you use which virtual program
    Guitar rig?
    Amplitube
    Bias Fx, desktop, pedal amp

In your opinion, what are the best programs for me to use?

I don't know what's your style. There's no best program.

I love Kazrog for high gain, Bias for dirty/vintage sounds, S-gear for fat deep tones, and I also use the free stuff from LePou and Ignite frequently. I find that each program kinda has its own sound, even across different models. Amplitube is pretty versatile but inferior in overall sound.

Kuassa are pretty good. Pod Farm's amps are pretty terrible but it has nice independent effect modules.
