Sup guys, i just get a reampbox and i'm driving crazy because all the stuff i can do with it.

It would be awesome if you guys share your reamp techniques to get more espaciality in your mixes, like this trick:
I'm thinking about reamping my vocal bus track to a vox 2x12 cab, and then I put the amp in the corner of the live room like 17 meters away the other wall trying to get a slapback delay. And then i would put a sm57 aiming to that wall to capture the sound of a natural slapback, what do you guys think?

This kind of trick was used for vocals and guitars, with good results :D

You can even gate that wet signal to original source, so you get a gated ambient reverb. This trick was used to "thicken" vocal tracks when singer "scream" a little more. Push the amp, and you will get even more "thickening" on loud phrases ;)

That sounds very nice :D i will try that one too in pro tools.
I have this other one, a friend of mine told me that if i put something in the middle of the mic technique "ORTF", i mean between the mics, the polar pattern of the mics will separete a little so it creates more stereo imaging. Im not sure if it works I havent try it, but i'm thinking to reamp another bus stereo chanel like the drum bus, gtr bus or my fx bus channel. I will collocate the amp a little bit far of the mics in the room and this ORTF technique just to get more widening in my stereo tracks.

Maybe it worths 8-) i will give a try soon and see what happend. (sorry if i speak something wrong jaja not the best english)

Don't forget to get a nice loud speaker to "reamp" through, though in that case you would go line out into the speaker and mic to push air and to reenforce tracks etc... infinite possibilities.... a la Depeche Mode and many others. From bass and bass drums to pads and leads. The bigger the speaker the more frequencies it can produce too.
