Does anyone have the nicnt and png for 8dio cage (all of them, brass, strings, woodwinds)?

Also I have two libraries that keep disappearing, I have to readd those two libraries everytime.

Is there a solution for this?

Most disappearing libraries can probably be fixed by lowering the SNPID to something under 200.

 

Cool is that in the xml file? Wheres the file location?

 

Yeah, it shows up in the xml in the Service Center folder - you actually have to delete it from there. You then open the .nicnt file in the library's folder with a text editor like Notepad++ and change the SNPID, then save. Lastly add the library from Kontakt again, and with any luck it'll still be there when you close and reopen the program

Hmm I can't seem to get this to work, I can't find the xml, I tried to change the SNPID of the .nicnt file but now it says no library found. I guess I'm doing something wrong.

I'm on window 10 by the way

I just solved this with another method, using kontakt library maker and recreate a nicnt and the wallpaper, so now the library doesn't disappear

Most of the libraries will have to have a custom NICNT file created (like with Mini-NICNT or Kontakted). Unless someone here has the wallpaper embedded into the NICNT file then that is the easiest method.

 

Ah what's the best program to create a NICNT file? I'm usually doing it with Kontakt library maker (KLC.exe), I found this program through a youtube tutorial.

What's the best way to use these wallpapers for kontakt 5.6.6? Right now I have to resize every picture with photoshop, maybe someone here knows a better method?

 

Peshti I use this in 5.6.6 full screen with a 17 inches monitor. I´m using Paint for editing. It´s fun and easy. Cheers.
