Hey guys!!

This is my first posting in this forum, I've been a silent reader for a long time. So please be kind with me, if I posted in the wrong forum.

I decided to update my iMac from Mavericks to the latest OSX, Sierra, because I wanted to use newer Plugins as Melodyne 4, which obviously don't run on older OS versions.

The problem which I got right now after updating is, that my iLok plugins seem to stop working. These are all Softube and Altiverb Plugins.

I read in several posts that this has to do with the "datalyb" files .. for every OSX version there were one created. The thing is, there is no version for the latest OS which I got now, Sierra.

Do you guys maybe have a clue how to get these Plugins to work again?

I'm using soft tube bundle (legit) on osx 10.12.4 Update your ilok license manager to the latest one and to update your soft tube plugins you now have to use the gobbler app . You'll need to re register your account again with the app to get your updates. That should sort you out mate

 

I also have the legit bundle , but I just can download the installer in my account . No need for Gobbler here.

 

You can't download updates from your account any more They've changed there update method and you have to use gobbler app to update . The gobbler app is tied in with the ilok manager . You also use the gobbler app to activat now . Take a look

Hm but gobbler only supports subscription ?

 

you just set up a new account with the same email address and all your licenses are already linked to it from your softtube account.
