If you don't like it why do you use it? I tested Samplitude around 2007 and decided it's not for me. Started using Reaper instead.

Life can be more simple if you let it. :headbang: Make shit. I mean music. Don't waste time on shit. I mean shit.

Don't like? Move on. There's 66 DAWs and one will be right for you.

May I suggest Reaper? Just a thought.

I tried Samplitude 2 years ago and I thought it's a big shitty Daw,nothing is easy to use.I don't like Reaper or FL too.For me the most simple and efficient Daws are Studio One,Cubase and Live.No need to read the user manual.I just read the manual for Live side chain function.
    Leave Samplitude,you'll don't regret it,trust me.

the simple fact that no one knows an answer to my most basic question proves my point.
something so easy to work out in other daws, but typically for Sam they have no interest in providing that kind of basic help addressing these prosaic issues in Sam X2 +.. but frustrations have a habit of multiplying when there is no available help. their support is not good at all.
as i say, i love the app. it always sounds fantastic to me but it is so dense with features that some really clear and practical help would be a huge boon. I know about Mr. Kraznet, and thank Jah he is making at least covering topics for beginners. And I know that there is a manual, but a lot of questions do not have answers in the manual and there appears to be no comprehensive knowledge base. It's as if they assume that people who use their flagship products must know from the get-go that they know everything already and f**k the rest of us...
    peace, salute
