You keep them. This was an extremely popular question and I think is probably the biggest stumbling block to subscription models in general. We tested and tested this in beta and feel that the right thing to do, is to allow you to own everything you download, forever, even if you cancel.

Even if you become a member for a day, download the entire library, then cancel your subscription, you’ll keep the royalty free licenses for your downloads, forever. Why are we doing this? The price seems to be $199/year. Which is too much for the rather minimal use I have for one-shots/loops. I was offered a $89 subscription, but even that didn't attract me.

But those who work a lot with samples may perceive it as a fair deal.
