    I'm on a macbook pro. I installed Omnisphere 2.
    1) What size is the component and VST folder for Omnisphere please?
    2) Please advise;
    When I look on my Macintoshhard drive/ audio/plugins/componets/ Omnisphere. Also- audio/plugins/componets/ VST- I see omnisphere is installed in both folders. They are showing 132mb.

    I recently had Omnisphere 1 installed on my computer, but removed it from my computer before but installing the newer omnisphere 2.

    However, when I go to Finder window and select library (option key + select "Go") and proceed: library/ audio/plugins/componets- folder is empty. Also, library/ audio/plugins/VST folder is empty.
    Help is needed please. Thank you.

    Something tells me that the search is looking in users/ your name / libabry /audio. You need to look in HD/ libabry / Audio / components &vst. Check there first as there are no vsts or components stored in the user libabry portion.

    HDD > Library > Application Support > Spectrasonics > STEAM, which is 67 gigabytes , give or take a few, as I do have a number of third-party libraries. Despite not actually owning Omnisphere, I bought Luftrum 14 because the dude just kills it.

    Omnisphere.vst is located at HDD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > VST

    And, for good measure, just in case...

    Omnisphere.component is located at HDD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > Components

    (For some reason the audio units version also happens to be located in my user library (HDD > Users > [USERNAME] > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > Components) but I don't think that is necessary and most likely was just an error when I initially installed.)

    I think that's it. Should be pretty simple if you've been around the block a few times.

    Edit: As for your question about the size of the component and VST "folders for Omnisphere," I'm not actually sure what you mean other the STEAM folder. The folder size for each respective file format (AU or VST) is dependent on how many plugins you have (13.92gb and 4.9gb, respectively for what is obviously a Logic user). The VST itself is 135mb and the component is 81mb, but I'm not sure why you would need to know that.
