Well, I couldn't help it. Having already bought it for $1, it can't hurt to have another license around. I just used another email account. Maybe that's why some people can't pass through the payment stage.

Hi all i'm newbie and take a problem with installation:

 

The reason i never got into protools was ilok

i tried for hours until i gave up

warez is easier to use then this shit ilok

But, i gave it another shot today.

Activated everything by the book, still the plugin is not showing up

Here is a picture from the ilok site to illustrate what they expect people are willing to put up with when using their tech



So easy to activate ableton or native instruments licences, cant be bothered by any product with such paranoid copy protection, even if its a great instrument and free

Well obviously you didn't do it by the book otherwise it would have worked.
It always amuses me when someone cant get software to work and they blame the software, completely ignoring the fact that thousands of other people have managed to install the software and are using it successfully.
But no, you are correct, ilok obviously doesn't work at all and we are all imagining being able to use it ourselves.

More likely its one of the support staff having to deal with someone like you.

Just to put it simply for you, i have this and some 70 other ilok protected pieces of software, all of which were simple to install and use.
