Unable to install Kontakt5

    Hey there,
    I've been trying to get my Kontakt 5 installer to work, but everytime it displays a 'u already have kontakt installed error'. I don't have it installed though. I tried to fix it by deleting the whole NI folder in regedit (in a lot of goddamn directories),but still nothing working.... I'm a Windows 10 user,and yes,installer is cracked (no point in hiding it,I'm poor)

    Help pls ?

    Try deleting Kontakt in the registry from these different locations:

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.NKB
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.NKI
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.NKM
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.NKP
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.NKS
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\NI.Kontakt 5.nki
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\NI.Kontakt 5.nkm
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Native Instruments
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Native Instruments
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Native Instruments
    HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Native Instruments


    And just in case you missed any, make sure the Kontakt folders from the following locations are gone too:


    C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments
    C:\Program Files (x86\Native Instruments\
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Native Instruments
    C:\ProgramData\Native Instruments\
    C:\Users\PC\Documents\Native Instruments
    C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Native Instruments


    It should work, at least it always worked to me.

    I just told you,I have never successfully installed Kontakt. I checked those locations anyways,but as expected,no sign of Kontakt.Deleted the registry folder (had only one left) and restarted the PC and then ran the installer.....and NOPE. Still the same.

    Anything else to do ? BTW,I have guitar rig 5 and massive and controller editor installed... I think that's what clashing with the installer..

    Use CCleaner to scan your registry and fix all selected issues. Do this TWICE.
    Use the TOOLS in CCleaner and search for Kontakt. Try to uninstall from there. If you can't post a screenshot of the error.

    Are you sure you got everything in the registry? Run regedit, press CTRL+F and search for "kontakt"
    Press F3 to Find Next.

    What @Sonny Crockett suggested should have worked unless you installed Kontakt to a different drive which doesn't exist anymore or something weird like that.
