I recently have been getting this error with my new libraries. I searched the internet and studied the issues, changed the names and #s like I was supposed to and it still could not load the library. I tried the mini nicnt to no avail as well

 

yes i had this too, think i could load with admin mode on ableton in w7, but it reverted back and deleted the library when starting anew without admin power

 

What libraries?

 

There are tons of libraries not digitally signed for Kontakt, thus won´t add to Library the traditionally way. Use quickload feature instead.

 

I have 1600 registered libraries. Excepting old libraries with .nkx file like Chris Hein Series or Vir2 Instruments, ALL of them with their nicnt (over 500 made by me) and wallpaper and ALL of them added by traditional way. If you say which libraries are you talking about, maybe I can help you.

 

it was this new substance stuff, long story short i managed to register it while ableton ran in admin mode

Now it stays in the library where it belongs, but to be honest, it kind of sucks, well polished and nice marketing though

 

Check out Output Signal. You might like it better.

 

If you refer to Output Substance, that library is signed by Native Instruments. Impossible to change nothing with original nicnt file. Impossible to appear "No library found", only in private libraries not controlled by Native Instruments. Check it first with the standalone in admin mode. If I can see it on my tab, you can too. Sometimes ago, two official libraries, Umlat Audio Pads and FXPansion Big Orchestral Marching Band, had the same SNPID, and never changed that from Native Instruments. One or other, not twice.
As I said, I don´t work with ableton but if you can open Kontakt, you can open standalone. Try that first and add from standalone in admin mode.

also wrong that FXPansion Big Orchestral Marching Band are an official kontakt library .

 

So that´s your real problem. The picture I show is Kontakt in standalone mode running under win7 x64
