Sorry but I don't get this... are you proud of this tone? Because your bass is not well mixed at all. The notes clash completely with the key of your kick (yes, that kick is hitting notes and ignoring that fact is not doing you any favors). Your subs are completely smeared and muddy.

I'm proud of the work I put into it yes. If you would like to show me something you've mixed that I find better, I'm not too proud to admit I'm wrong. In fact, if you CAN show me something you have mixed better I would be only too happy for you to teach me where you think I'm going wrong. Until that time however, I would have to assume you don't know your arse from your elbow.

I know why you would think that. Until this got picked apart I genuinely thought it was good. I left the arps have too much of a tail giving that impression.

I owe you an apology. I'd been working on it for several hours with no break. I'd compared it to lots of edm stuff and again it sounded great. I've come away after a long break from it and now it sounds different. I see now you were right.
