    Sounds interesting and not sad but i think the vocals are not well synced with the piano or there are timing issues. Overall good job

    Right hand piano (chords) have serious timing issues. Don't know if thats intentional but doesn't work for me. Vox are delicious though. Not that sad I think, as a whole.
    Cheers!

    Beatport info about the original track (trance) are
    • BPM: 133
    • Key: A min
    @artwerkski
    Googling "A min" I had found (A B C D E F G# A). Is it right?

    A min can be different things (natural, harmonic, aeolian; correct me if wrong), BUT I'm pretty sure that the artist(s) used the classic "all white keys A root note" minor scale :bleh: So the G# is "out of scale". In reality you could raise the last note (G) and make it G#, but it depends on the harmony and I'm not really good at explaining this stuff, somebody else will clarify – EDIT after listening everything was in key and sounding good, no problem at least for me

    Let's listen now.
    Vox delicious! Agree with the others on the voice; but the piano ruins it. The chords are not synced with other elements, you can def. feel it. Yes, it could be intentional, but it won't work for most people I think.
    It's pretty chill, good job. I was actually waiting for the song to start/explode with a huge drop or something, but it works very well without.
    I listened with desktop speakers so I can't really talk much about quality, but the vocals sounded good here. Not my kind of music, but it was enjoyable

    PS: MeItsNotMe looks like MeltsNotMe :bleh:

    Bella! :like:

    Ok. It seems I had learned what a song key is and how to handle it, good for me. About mixing (@Von_Steyr )... sometimes I forget to cut and TDR SlickEQ M is still not so easy to use during finalization phase. Better to take a step back.

    Meanwhile, continue with your criticism. I want to improve.. (before I release the 2nd remix :chilling:)

    I used to have a hard time EQ-ing the mid/high frequency range and its hard with the plugins which unlike the hardware units tend to do a lousy job.
    Until i tried Air EQ,imo one of the best natural sounding EQs and you can really tame those harsh frequencies with ease.
