Is there a technique for singing that is simple and everybody can learn?

I had a few singing lessons back in the days and watched a few vocal coaching set's in the past weeks.

But all of this was really complicated and very complex.

And I dont want to be the next michael jackson, I only want to be able to sing in the right tune (good enough for melodyne later... ;)

I need this to sing on my demo tracks for other artists/labels/managements.

the more techniques, teachers, tutorials you watch on this, the more confused you can get.
So maybe someone knows what I mean when I say "SIMPLE" and has a tip for me.

 

Ive tried a few methods. My favorite by far is singing success. It makes the most sense to me
