From another website .... If you extract the files out of the update installers with Universal Extractor, you can bypass installing the updated elicenser software altogether. Just extract the contents from the installer, then manually copy over the required dll files to the appropriate locations. Tested and working here... so I would just replace 2.0 dll files with 2.5? Yes, as well as copying the files found in {app} to the main application directory in Program Files\Arturia\minimoog V. I would also recommend copying over the presets in {code_SaveLocation_Minimoog V} to C:\ProgramData\Arturia\minimoog V (Win 7) The VST plugins are located in {code_GetVSTDir_32} and {code_GetVSTDir_64} for the 64bit versions. Lastly, there is msvcr71.dll found in {sys} that goes to the Windows\System32 folder. The above {} references assume that you have unpacked the Minimoog 2_5_0.exe with "Universal Extractor". I hope that makes sense!
