I remember when Joel used to be significant. As his ego grew to uncanny proportions, I couldn't justify supporting a man child who's artistic endeavors didn't include a larger goal which would make the world a better place in some fashion by supporting his brand one way or another. Now he pushes cardboard goggles and Midi files. Your "Theme Park" concept has been rode hard and put away wet Joel. As for Steve. I feel bad for him. He's level headed, no ego and let's Joel verbally rape him openly on camera. He definety is wearing the pink panties in that relationship. I've supported all of his Xfer releases by actually buying them, but probably won't in the future due to Joel's omnipresent ego and involvement with their products.... Xfer Records is very fast for remove your cracked software and in the last week some guy share in audioz one update for serum, the update is 1.10b7 and this update brings the fx serum. It asking me for the serial when i install this update (this update are removed from audioz), its the rules of xfer. Report all the software cracked in the net but google is the best for find in other parallel site for cracked software. I have the same problem with you but i find the solution for fix this and my serum work very well and very stable. I my opinion this work in all users (mac or win). First, turn off your Internet sound card in your OS for this job. Remove all the xfer (folders and regedit). Second install the complete serum vst for R2R and open your firewall and block the dll file of serum. This time you can open your daw, load serum and paste the serial of R2R in the serum. Your serum its work but dont have any update, ok. Thirst close your daw and install any update do you have and dont turn on your internet card. Final steps, open your daw and load serum and will ask one more time for the serial, but its normal and dont ask any more for this. Paste the serial and serum its working fine. Relax, close your daw for one more final final step. Right now you can switch for on your Internet connection and you have the serum blocked with your firewall. I use an software for block dll files with name "windows firewall control". This time you can open your daw, load your serum and not ask any more for the serial. You can open the option about in serum for you see your serum version. It work for me with this steps. My house, my rules . My computer, my rules. I runnig win7 x64. Sorry for my poor english. Made an account and necro'd the thread simply to say that the music production community (from the outside looking in from other creative industries) is one of the most tight knit and closed up communities I've ever seen in my life.

I have no problems sorting this stuff out myself because I've spent the time working in the digital industry, but you guys hold on to information like it's a gold mine that nobody else should have access to apart from yourselves.

Nobody needs to 'prove' themselves and suck people off just to get a legit answer. None of you are idiots and you know exactly what you're saying.

I'm ashamed of this entire thread and the lack of love for a newbie looking to get into this beautiful game. I'm always teaching people web development for free and where to get tools. If you're poor and sick of teaching people for free, learn to monetize other routes and target people who already have money or just keep your mouths shut.

I'll get a bunch of negative rep for this because I'm saying something that none of you want to hear. But sometimes a fresh perspective can change everything.

If you're starting from the bottom and I mean THE BOTTOM with no funds and you're looking for a heart song, there is no route in without wasting your time on boring stuff (dead end customer service for minimum wage).

This is the last known working copy that I know of. Might be another, but, this one works, and has the SerumFiX patch and the RTR keygen.

Better hurry before its gone. Xfer is watching. lol

....you need to block serum from firewall...

 

After Few Hours of fixing it worked for me after changing the file user.dat to read only
follow the steps i hope it helps
go to C:\Users\Adminstrator\AppData\Roaming\Xfer\Serum
there you will find THE FILE called User.dat right click the properties and check the Read only box click apply then OK and it should work

Yes, that is the usual way lately with Serum, and should be in the instructions.
Although ... in the v1.33b4 release of 2021.04.01 it says:
"Presets should load faster
user.dat does not have to be read-only"

So, it seems it may not be needed for that particular release.

There was a retail installer on sister site that can be activated with ret's release serial on mac.

It worked perfectly without any of those issues.but the post is still not there.
