On FM8's PITCH envelope I have decay level at 0.220, how much does that correspond in semitones?

I looked up on the manual and it says it's a time/level type of envelope. Is it possible to accurately convert time/level points to semitones?

I'll use a spectrum analyzer to try and get an answer for myself but if you know something about this your info is appreciated.

 

Seems like at max level it corresponds to a shift of 48 semitones.
